In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our clients DTC website, ensuring a top-tier shopping experience and gaining insights through a test-and-learn approach. You'll be in the frontline of customer engagement, using your expertise in CRO, data analysis, and research to support the Head of Growth

🚀 The Role in a Nutshell:

Position: Ecommerce Manager

Package: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Moorgate (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Reporting to: Head of Growth

Your Day-to-Day:

• 📊 Analyse data from Google Analytics, Shopify, Recharge/Skio, and other platforms to provide insights to the marketing team and inform A/B tests.
• 💡 Lead CRO and growth experiments to enhance our conversion rate continually.
• 🛍️ Manage our DTC website and products on Shopify, collaborating with our in-house designer on creative development.
• 🚀 Develop and manage a CRO roadmap aligned with business and customer requirements.
• 🎯 Conduct adhoc customer research for audience profiling, proposition testing, and message testing.
• 📈 Create regular reports for senior stakeholders to drive marketing and e-commerce efficiencies.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 🚀 Essential experience in a fast-paced high-growth DTC brand.
• 🛒 Fluent in Shopify and Google Analytics, with a pulse on the latest developments.
• 🔄 Proven experience in onsite CRO principles and practices.
• 🤝 Understanding of how brand/full-funnel marketing supports performance marketing.
