🚀 The Role in a Nutshell:

• Position: Growth Marketing Lead
• Package: £70,000 - £80,000
• Location: Moorgate (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
• Reporting to: Marketing Director

🎯 What You'll Do:

• 📈 Drive new customer acquisition, leading growth strategy to meet 2024 targets and beyond.
• 💻 Oversee all paid digital channels – Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and more.
• 🤝 Manage and inspire a team, starting with an E-Commerce Manager and a Shopify Developer.
• 🌐 Collaborate on full-funnel media plans with the Brand Marketing Lead and external agencies.
• 📊 Implement robust tracking and analysis, ensuring our data is as rock-solid as our brand.

🚨 What We're Looking For:

• 💡 Experience scaling up in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
• 🌍 In-the-know about the ever-evolving acquisition landscape and passionate about performance marketing.
• 🤹‍♂️ A hands-on leader, ready to dive into the nitty-gritty of performance marketing and team growth.
• 💰 Proven experience managing a substantial marketing budget (£100k+ per month).
• 🔄 Understanding of how brand and full-funnel marketing align with and support performance goals.
• 🔥 Expertise in Meta and the full Google suite.
