π Job Purpose:As a NAM for Amazon and Pan-EU online markets, your mission is to drive business growth, achieve sales revenue and profit targets, and enhance market positioning, distribution, and visibility of our esteemed fragrance brands.

πΊ Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- π― Full account management of specified fragrance brands across e-commerce accounts.
- π€ Chief liaison point between the retailer and internal teams, focusing on Amazon and Pan-EU markets.
- π Collaborate with Sales Manager to deliver retailer strategy and achieve sales and profit targets.
- π‘ Negotiate and manage a strategic promotional calendar aligned with retailer strategies.
- π Effectively manage trade spending, ensuring brand awareness and maximizing profitability.
- π Provide clear reports on activity and sales performance, analyzing results vs targets.
- π Update and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- π Implement strategic promotions and marketing packages, ensuring brand presence on retailer websites.
- πΌ Full administration of accounts, including New Line Forms, Promotional Forms, Price Lists, and invoices.
- π Optimize brand presence and consumer impact on retailer websites, ensuring all assets are updated.
- π Support new launches and activations, implementing VINE activity for all new releases.
- π Monthly promotional analysis in conjunction with Finance Team for improved ROI.
- π Participate in key business meetings, presenting account performance and identifying challenges and opportunities.
- π Develop strong networks and partnerships across all relevant departments with all accounts.
- π Ensure consistent excellent service to retailers, delivering a best-in-class approach.
- π Stay updated on market and competitor activity within all accounts.
- π― Other ad hoc activities to drive sales.
π Requirements:
- ποΈ Multi-branded online sales experience, ideally with previous Amazon experience in a pan-EU capacity.
- π Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- π’ Strong communication skills β written and verbal.
- π Highly operational and numerate, commercially minded.
- π Excellent presentation skills.
- πΌ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- π‘ Strong negotiation experience.
- π Highly organized.
