πŸš€ Job Purpose:As a NAM for Amazon and Pan-EU online markets, your mission is to drive business growth, achieve sales revenue and profit targets, and enhance market positioning, distribution, and visibility of our esteemed fragrance brands.

🌺 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 🎯 Full account management of specified fragrance brands across e-commerce accounts.
  • 🀝 Chief liaison point between the retailer and internal teams, focusing on Amazon and Pan-EU markets.
  • πŸ“Š Collaborate with Sales Manager to deliver retailer strategy and achieve sales and profit targets.
  • πŸ’‘ Negotiate and manage a strategic promotional calendar aligned with retailer strategies.
  • 🌍 Effectively manage trade spending, ensuring brand awareness and maximizing profitability.
  • πŸ“ˆ Provide clear reports on activity and sales performance, analyzing results vs targets.
  • πŸ“† Update and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • 🌟 Implement strategic promotions and marketing packages, ensuring brand presence on retailer websites.
  • πŸ’Ό Full administration of accounts, including New Line Forms, Promotional Forms, Price Lists, and invoices.
  • 🌐 Optimize brand presence and consumer impact on retailer websites, ensuring all assets are updated.
  • πŸš€ Support new launches and activations, implementing VINE activity for all new releases.
  • πŸ“Š Monthly promotional analysis in conjunction with Finance Team for improved ROI.
  • πŸ“Š Participate in key business meetings, presenting account performance and identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • 🌐 Develop strong networks and partnerships across all relevant departments with all accounts.
  • 🌟 Ensure consistent excellent service to retailers, delivering a best-in-class approach.
  • 🌐 Stay updated on market and competitor activity within all accounts.
  • 🎯 Other ad hoc activities to drive sales.

🌟 Requirements:

  • πŸ›οΈ Multi-branded online sales experience, ideally with previous Amazon experience in a pan-EU capacity.
